Embodiment + nervous system reset
Back to Your Body
A gentle opening night to get out of your head and into your body. We’ll move, breathe, notice and see what changes.
JoinSanta Barbara’s weekly Tantra + embodiment community
We spend so much of our lives living and relating to life from the neck up. The Tantra Lab is a place to slow down, move, breathe, connect and listen to what your body has been waiting to tell you.
The Tantra Lab is a place where we can actually practice Tantra together.
It’s a place to get curious about Tantra, try different practices and see what happens when we get out of our heads and into our bodies.
There’s nothing to get right. We’re here to explore, play, and see what we discover together.
Every class will be a little different. We might move, breathe, dance, explore energy, desire, receiving, ritual or connection. Some nights will be playful. Some might take us a little deeper.
And while I’ll be guiding many of our evenings, I’m excited to collaborate with other teachers and facilitators and bring different practices, perspectives, and voices into the Lab along the way.
Whether you’ve been exploring Tantra for years or you’ve always been a little curious and wondered what it’s all about, you’re welcome here. Come solo, come with someone, just come curious.
The Tantra Lab is a non-sexual space. We may explore desire, sensuality and sexual energy as part of Tantra, but there is no sexual touch or sexual activity.
You may find yourself learning more about your own boundaries, what feels like a yes, what feels like a no, and how to honor both in a healthy way, while also learning to listen to and respect the boundaries of others.
Come with curiosity, respect and reverence for yourself, the practices and the people sharing the space with you.
Three Mondays. Three ways back in.
You don’t need to know anything about Tantra. Come once, come to all three, or choose the evening that catches your curiosity. Each Lab is a place to reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

I’m really excited to bring The Tantra Lab to my hometown of Santa Barbara.
So much of what I love about Tantra is the way it invites us into a deeper experience of ourselves. To slow down, get curious, listen to our bodies and notice what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to try something new.
My hope is that The Tantra Lab becomes a place where we can do that together. A place to practice, play, connect, learn from each other and rediscover ourselves in a whole new way.
I’ll be guiding many of our evenings and inviting some wonderful teachers and facilitators to join us along the way.
I don’t know exactly what The Tantra Lab will grow into yet.
And that’s part of what excites me about it.

Come every Monday, once a month, or whenever something on the calendar catches your curiosity. Each Lab is its own experience.
Save your placeNot at all. Whether you’ve been exploring Tantra for years or you’re simply curious about what it’s all about, you’re welcome here.
Yes. Register early or come the day of.
No. Come solo, with a friend or with a partner.
Some Labs may include optional, non-sexual touch with others, while others may have no touch at all. Your boundaries are always honored, and all touch is consensual. You are always at choice and can say yes, no, or change your mind at any time.
No. Everything is an invitation. Part of the Lab is learning to listen to yourself and honor what feels right for you in the moment.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving, sitting and breathing in. Depending on the evening, you may want to bring a water bottle and a journal.
Please plan to arrive before 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 so there’s time to settle in, connect and arrive. At 7:00, we close the doors, create our circle and begin dropping out of our heads and into our bodies. Keeping the space uninterrupted allows everyone to settle more deeply into themselves and the practice.
